was the teacher of Mufti Hanif qureshi .Now Peer Sahib is the Head of JAMIA RIZVIA ZIA UL ULOOM.
Jamia Rizwia Zia-ul-Uloom is the blend of several sacred religious institutions spread over hybrid locations of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. It is not only confined for men’s teachings but has also been extended for different women annexes as well. This institution is playing vital role in the building of human character from both morally and spiritually perspective, regardless of their gender issues.

The place where Jamia-Rizwia Satellite Town Rawalpindi is situated covers an area of ten and a half Kanal. This land was obtained in 1973. But ill-fated religious conspirators created hindrance through legal prosecution. Construction began after overcoming these difficulties. Now there are 50 rooms for residence of students, a big mosque, three underground halls, a library and six family quarters in the institution. In addition to this there is a beautiful building of Jamia Amina Zia-ul-Banat consisting of 11 rooms. More construction is in progress.

Women contribute a lot in the upbringing and training of children and reformation of society. Women can do better than men to shape the character of girls according to the Islamic teachings. The noble deeds of daughters of Islam form the golden chapter of Islamic history. In the modern times, Radio, T.V, newspaper and Internet are the fastest and reliable sources of communication. But their harms are more than their advantages. Vulgarity and stream of purposelessness are two destructive agents, which can damage the morality of our women. In these deplorable conditions, sensible and prescient persons consider the obedience of the Prophet (Peace be upon him) to be the only remedy to the disease. Overlooking the difficulties of the task, the institution of Zia-ul-Uloom played its role in the re-construction of Islamic values and established Zia-ul-Banat. Its sole purpose was to enlighten the hearts of girls with the Islamic teachings and mould their characters according to the Seerah of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The name of the Madrasah is associated with the noble personality of the mother of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him).
This institution achieved enormous success in a very short period. Now more than two hundred girls are studying in this Dar-ul-Uloom. Facilities of residence, education, food and medical treatment are provided free of cost. It is so popular among the religious families that girls have to bring recommendation letters of ministers of state for admission. This year more than 150 girls applied but only 50 were lucky enough to get the admission. This year 36 girls got the degree of Fazila and 21 obtained the certificate of Hifz.

| Hostel facility is one of the biggest of all facilities. From the very start the accommodation setup for students of Jamia has been arranged so that the students only concentrate on their studies.All the hostels either they are for boys or girls are equipped with airy rooms .Rooms are also accouters with summer and winter neccaries like heater and fans.All the accommodation is free for the students of Jamia. | |||
The food facility is also provided for the living students of Jamia .The meal is serve three times a day and its all free for the living students of Jamia.
Heath Services:
A Dar-ul-Shifa has been working since the start of Jamia .Where the medical specialist are hired for full and better treatment of students .These health services are also free for the students of Jamia.
Library:
Jamia has its own grand library to fulfill the educational needs of students and teachers as well .This library consists of almost all the categories of books on Islamic literature and arts .Some marvelous and hand written letter of ancestors are also kept in the library. Students can issue books from library. The atmosphere of library is very cool and calm once can sit and read the books comfortably.
Laundry:
A well established Laundry is also available for the students of Jamia .Students can utilize this facility at very low cost.
Scholarships:
Scholarships are given to the brilliant students of Jamia every year either they are they participate in exams of Jamia or Tanzeem-ul-Madaris. According to Zia-ul-Uloom Kafala(Welfare) Scheme allowances are also given to the poor ,needy, orphan and impecunious students of Jamia.
